Cubital Tunnel with Carpal Tunnel Release (Endoscopic)

Cubital Tunnel with Carpal Tunnel Release (Endoscopic) is available through Mishe Health Plan at a published cash price, paid when you book.

Endoscopic cubital tunnel release with carpal tunnel release is a surgical procedure designed to address both cubital tunnel syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome simultaneously. Cubital tunnel syndrome involves compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow, leading to symptoms such as numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand and fingers. Carpal tunnel syndrome, on the other hand, involves compression of the median nerve in the wrist, resulting in similar symptoms. During the procedure, the surgeon uses an endoscope to visualize and release the ligament compressing the ulnar nerve at the elbow (cubital tunnel release), as well as releasing the transverse carpal ligament in the wrist (carpal tunnel release). This minimally invasive approach allows for precise release of both nerve entrapments, resulting in improved nerve function and symptom relief.
