Functional Movement Screen (FMS) — $200
Functional Movement Screen (FMS) costs $200 in cash through NYU Langone Sports Performance Center. That is the whole price: you pay it when you book, and no bill follows.
A series of seven movements designed to identify asymmetries and muscular imbalances, weaknesses, and dysfunctional movements that correlate to inefficient movement patterns that may limit fitness activities. Based on results, exercise recommendations will be given to help reduce injury and improve performance. Movements tested are dependent on the individual’s fitness level or characteristics of the athlete’s sport.
