Hysteroscopy with Biopsy and/or Polypectomy
Hysteroscopy with Biopsy and/or Polypectomy is available through Mark Cuban Companies Health Plan at a published cash price, paid when you book.
Hysteroscopy with biopsy and/or polypectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to diagnose and treat abnormalities within the uterine cavity. During the procedure, a hysteroscope, a thin instrument with a camera, is inserted through the vagina and cervix into the uterus, allowing the surgeon to visualize the uterine lining. Biopsies may be taken to sample tissue for further examination, while any uterine polyps present may be removed using specialized instruments. This approach offers advantages such as shorter recovery times and reduced risk compared to traditional surgery.
