Nasal/Sinus Endoscopy (FESS) with Navigation / Ethmoidectomy / Maxillary Antrostomy / Septoplasty / Bilateral Inferior Turbinate Reduction is available through Mark Cuban Companies Health Plan at a published cash price, paid when you book.

Nasal/sinus endoscopy, also known as functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), with navigation, is performed to visualize and navigate the nasal and sinus cavities accurately. This is followed by an ethmoidectomy, which involves the removal of diseased tissue from the ethmoid sinuses to improve drainage and ventilation. A maxillary antrostomy is then performed to create an opening in the maxillary sinus, allowing for improved drainage and treatment of conditions such as chronic sinusitis or sinus infections. Septoplasty is undertaken to correct a deviated nasal septum, which can obstruct nasal airflow and contribute to sinus problems. Finally, bilateral inferior turbinate reduction is conducted to reduce the size of the inferior turbinates, structures within the nose that can become enlarged and obstructive, leading to nasal congestion and difficulty breathing. This comprehensive procedure aims to alleviate symptoms and improve nasal and sinus function.
