Shoulder Arthroscopy Diagnostic

Shoulder Arthroscopy Diagnostic is available through Mark Cuban Companies Health Plan at a published cash price, paid when you book.

Diagnostic shoulder arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to evaluate and diagnose shoulder conditions. During the procedure, small incisions are made around the shoulder joint, and an arthroscope (a small camera) is inserted to visualize the structures inside the joint. This allows the surgeon to assess the integrity of the shoulder tissues, including the cartilage, ligaments, tendons, and rotator cuff. Additionally, any abnormalities or injuries found during the arthroscopy can be addressed immediately if necessary. Shoulder arthroscopy diagnostic is often performed when other imaging modalities such as MRI or X-ray do not provide a clear diagnosis or when conservative treatments have been ineffective.
